New Year's Eve Guide for Forest Hills

Forest Hills residents ready to ring in the new year in style will have several options available in the neighborhood.

Patch has put together a guide of parties and events taking place on Dec. 31 in Forest Hills.

Pampas Argentinas, 105-07 Metropolitan Ave.
Offering: This eatery will offer an a la carte dinner menu from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. and a special New Year’s Eve menu, which is also a la carte, from 8 p.m. until midnight. The full bar is open until 3 a.m.

The Tap House, 72-07 Austin St.
Price: No cover charge, but there will be drink specials, which are yet to be determined.
Offering: Champagne toast, party favors, drink specials and a D.J.

Tuscan Hills, 115-20 Queens Blvd.
Offering: This Italian eatery will be serving two seatings for New Year’s Eve at 7 p.m. and 9 p.m. Patrons will be able to choose from the restaurant’s regular dinner menu and daily specials. For more information, call 718-487-4500.

And several other local eateries, including Austin’s Ale House (82-70 Austin St. in Kew Gardens) and La Vigna Restaurant (100-11 Metropolitan Ave.) said they will offer specials that have yet to be determined. La Vigna’s menu will be a la carte and the restaurant will likely close around midnight.
