HEALING THE BACK SERIES - 6-WEEK WORKSHOP

Special 6-Week Workshop



Don’t live with back pain!  Learn specific yoga techniques and exercises in a specific sequence designed to heal and
prevent recurrences of chronic back pain. 
Address back issues, both as a preventative measure and
as a therapeutic tool against pain.*
