Ever wonder what happens to the food scraps collected at
Greenmarket drop-off sites? Join Queens Botanical Garden staff at the Farm to learn the art and science of
community-based composting. Together, we'll mix up a new batch of compost with
10,000 pounds of food scraps. Snacks will be provided but please bring lunch.
