Theater Performance, Discussion on Brain Health Highlight Week Ahead in Forest Hills

Tuesday
The Forest Hills Library, located at 108-19 71st Ave., will offer a program titled Ignite Your Brain at 2:30 p.m. Registered nurse Kathy Moran will lead a discussion on cognitive abilities, ways to improve memory, problem-solving abilities and overall brain health.
Wednesday
Forest Hills' Barnes & Noble, located at 70-00 Austin St., will offer a children's program titled What's Your Favorite Animal? at 11 a.m. It will include a story, crafts and other activities.
Saturday
Forest Hills' First String Players will perform "Kiss or Make Up" at 8 p.m. at Our Lady of Mercy, located at 70-01 Kessel St. The performance will be repeated on Feb. 2 at 2 p.m.
The Central Queens Y, located at 67-09 108th St. in Forest Hills, will host Everybody Loves Saturday Night from 7 p.m. to 10:45 p.m. During the event, the Y's pool, gym and body shop will be open.
Sunday
Flushing Town Hall, located at 137-35 Northern Blvd., will hold a Korean mask-making workshop at 1 p.m. Participants will be given an introduction to Korean traditional crafts before coloring and decorating a Bong San T’al Ch’um mask. All materials are included.
