Tennis Pro-Am, Forestdale Back to School Fair Highlight Week in Forest Hills

Also, there will be a Korean summer camp at Flushing Town Hall and ballroom dancing at the library.

Monday

The Forest Hills Library, located at 108-19 71st Ave., will host a ballroom dancing class from 6:30 p.m. to 7:45 p.m. It will be taught by instructor Jing Chen. The class will include basic instruction for beginners and training for more advanced students.

Wednesday

The Mats Wilander Foundation will host a tennis pro-am at 8:30 a.m. at the West Side Tennis Club. Funds raised through the event will go toward helping Epidermolyis Bullosa patients. It will include tennis clinics, hitting with Wilander, a barbecue lunch and more.

And there will be a Korean culture summer camp at 11 a.m. at Flushing Town Hall, located at 137-35 Northern Blvd. Attendees will be able to make their own Korean masks, take part in a mask drama and play instruments.

Thursday

Forestdale, located at 67-35 112th St., will host a back to school fair from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. It will include informational booths for a number of local and health community organizations as well as food, face painting and a bouncy house.
