Shop Forest Hills Festival, Community Volunteer Day Highlight Week Ahead

Tuesday
Genesis Tree of Life Yoga and Wellness Center, located at 102-02 Metropolitan Ave. in Forest Hills, will offer a free demo week for its Kids Zumba class. Click on this link to view the full schedule of classes for the week.
Bridie's Bar and Grill, located at 63-28 Woodhaven Blvd. in Rego Park, will host a trivia night beginning at 8 p.m. Specials for the event include two-for-one burgers and prizes range from $10 to $50.
Saturday
Forestdale, located at 67-35 112th St., will hold a barbecue and graduation ceremony for its 24/7 Dad parenting program at 10 a.m.
There will be free prostate cancer screenings at the Woodhaven Volunteer Fire Department, located at 78-15 Jamaica Ave. To register, call 718-738-1111.
Sunday
The annual Shop Forest Hills festival will be held along Austin Street between 69th Road and 72nd Avenue from noon to 6 p.m. More than 200 vendors are expected to take part in the festival, which also includes food, crafts and rides and games for children.
The Queens Botanical Garden, located at 43-50 Main St., is holding a community volunteer day beginning at 9:30 a.m. Attendees will be able to take part in a variety of cleaning and gardening activities. To register, email rforlenza@queensbotanical.org or call 718-886-3800, ext. 204.
