Citi's Field of (Sweet) Dreams

Ever dream of sleeping on Citi Field's lush green grass?

Let's assume the answer is yes. Well, great news: The New York Mets are hosting a sleepover on Aug. 10, and up to 500 fans can stay the night, set up a sleeping bag or tent and watch the Mets game on the outfield scoreboard.

Wait, there is more.

Fans who purchase tickets will also be treated to a dinner buffet, a late-night snack, breakfast, non-alcoholic drinks and, best of all, a chance to meet Mr. and Mrs. Met.

The gates open at 5 p.m. and fans with sleeping bags can sleep on the grass. Those who bring a tent must make the trek out to the warning track.

All fans also receive a ticket to the Sept. 28 game against the Milwaukee Brewers.

Tickets are limited, and are available by visiting the Mets website.

Be warned, the tickets are not cheap. But Mrs. Met will be there, so it's worth it.
