Pricing the Home for sale is key to bring about a sale quickly. My listings sell within 2-6 weeks after advertising them this year. And I do not use 'Signs' or "MLS". I just insist on Pre-qualifications before any appointments are made. It saves the Owners time & my time. Quick and easy, my strategy of Marketing a Home has been fined tuned over the years.
