Event, held at Brooklyn synagogue, did not have the feel of a traditional debate.
At Wednesday night's candidates forum in Brooklyn, Republican Bob Turner and Democrat David Weprin took turns sharing their biography with a small but vocal crowd.
While not a traditional debate by any means, the candidates did have an opportunity to share their views on a variety of topics, largely concerns over Israel and the economy.
