Turner To Have Local Swearing-In On Sunday

It’s time for a good, old-fashioned swearing-in for Forest Hills.

Turner did not have a traditional local swearing in after his election in September because he was whisked to Washington, D.C. to meet with Republican Party officials.

The event will feature a handful of special guests, , and Long Island Congressman Peter King.

The event, which will start at 1 p.m., Nov. 13 at Queens Metropolitan Educational Campus at 91-30 Metropolitan Avenue, is open to the public.
