State Sen. Toby-Ann Stavisky, with a delegation of New York's legislative leaders, visited Russia and the Federated Republic of Tatarstan.
While there, Stavisky met with local leaders, and even brought home books on Tartarstan's capital city, which were donated to the Rego Park library.
