On the Agenda: Tonight's CB6 Meeting

New location for meeting on traffic calming project.

Tonight’s Community Board 6 meeting will take place in a different location, to accommodate a presentation by New York City Department of Transportation Commissioner Maura McCarthy.

The report is the third item on the agenda, after the Chairman’s Report and the District Manager’s report.

The project in question is a traffic calming and pedestrian safety project that is located around the Rego Center Mall, specifically at 62nd Drive and 62nd Avenue in Rego Park.

Also on the agenda is a report on North Shore-LIJ’s new smoking cessation and awareness grant, and a report on the FHVAC street fair that will take place on June 2 this year.
