The Affordable Care Act has been upheld as Constitutional, according to a liveblog on SCOTUSBlog, the website dedicated to parsing high court rulings.
The decision was reportedly as close as it could be on the individual mandate, 5-4, with conservative Chief Justice John Roberts casting the fifth vote for the majority.
