NYU Mobile Dental Van Coming to Rego Park
Koslowitz to bring dental services to area July 16 and 17.
City Councilwoman Karen Koslowitz, in partnership with NYU's College of Dentistry, will bring the “Smiling Faces, Going Places” mobile dental van to Queens next week.
The van will be parked in front of P.S. 139 on 63rd Avenue in Rego Park July 16 and 17 from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
The van, which has been in service across the city since 2009, has served school children and community centers in all five boroughs.

Services include examinations and x-rays, fillings, fluoride and teeth cleaning, as well as basic extractions.
Children from ages 5 to 16 are elligible to be treated by the staff in the van. No walk-ins will be accepted, anyone seeking an appointment must fill out a form through the councilmember's office.
