So what does this newly-minted map tell Forest Hills residents about their neighborhood? There's good news and bad news. The 11375 zip code had among the lowest densities of cockroach complaints in the entire city, which is terrific for local businesses and apartment dwellers.

The bad news? Just over the Van Wyck on the other side of the park, South Flushing and Utopia had some of the highest densities in the city.
