Meng to Be Sworn In as Forest Hills Rep.

Flushing Democrat will replace Bob Turner as Congress member for central Queens.

As of Thursday, Forest Hills will have a new Congresswoman, U.S. Rep. Grace Meng, D-Flushing.

Meng won a race against City Councilman Dan Halloran in the fall, and will replace outgoing U.S. Rep. Bob Turner, who held his seat for only a year before it was gerrymandered out of existence.

Check out the photos below of Meng during a visit to Washington after her election victory last year.
