Koslowitz Will Honor Local Women Wednesday

Event to focus on leaders in the community.

It's time, as Abigail Adams once wrote to her husband John, to "remember the ladies," and City Councilwoman Karen Koslowitz has a plan to do exactly that.

Koslowitz will be hosting her second annual Women's History Month event in Forest Hills, honoring local women who've gone above and beyond in their efforts to improve the community.

The event will be held Wednesday, March 20 at 7 p.m. It will be held in the meeting room at the Forest Hills Jewish Center, located at 106-06 Queens Blvd.
