Christine C. Quinn, the speaker of the New York City Council, will be joining The Reform Temple of Forest Hills during Shabbat services this Friday, December 10, to speak about an important public service campaign designed to celebrate diversity and combat hate crimes in New York City. The campaign, called "Love Love. Hate Hate.", responds to recent antigay hate crimes in the New York City area. The community is invited to attend for the service and speaker.
