Borough Hall Rallies For Senior Centers
Hundreds gather to restore funding for Queens seniors.
Politicians, local seniors and senior advocates came together on the steps of Borough Hall Friday morning to protest cuts to senior centers across the city.
While the state assembly and senate have restored the Title XX cuts in their single budgets, Gov. Andrew Cuomo must agree to restore the funds before senior centers in the city can be saved.
