Woman Attacked in Forest Park

Police seeking man in sexual assault incident.

Police in Queens are on the lookout for a man wanted in connection with a sexual assault incident in Forest Park.

On March 29 at 7:25 p.m., a woman was jogging inside the park when she was approached from behind and attacked with a taser. After the attack, the suspect sexually assaulted her. 

She was taken to a nearby hospital and treated for neck injuries after the incident, police said.

According to police, the suspect is a white man between the ages of 35 and 40 with a medium build. He was seen at the time wearing a navy blue hooded sweatshirt, navy blue track pants and reddish-brown hair and facial hair. He had a gold hoop earring.
