Teacher Arrested For Rape in Local Precinct

Teacher at Flushing school was arrested on twelve counts of rape Monday night.

A Queens teacher was arrested and charged with twelve counts of rape and endangering the welfare of a child in the local 112 Precinct, police said.

Daniel Reilly, 36, a New York City public school teacher, was arrested at 8 p.m. Monday night, police said.

Reilly was charged with two counts of rape in the first degree and ten counts of rape in the second degree.

He was also charged with seven counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

According to published reports, Reilly taught at a New York City public school located in Flushing.

Reports also indicated that Reilly was arrested for having an inappropriate relationship with a student.
