Suspect Sought in Forest Hills Break-ins

Man picks locks and steals jewelry in local incidents.

Police in Forest Hills are looking for a suspect wanted in connection with at least three burglary incidents in the local 112 Precinct. 

The first incident occurred in February and the second two have both occurred in April. 

During each incident, the suspect makes his way into residential buildings, picks the locks on apartment doors and steals cash and jewelry.

All three incidents have occurred during the day.

The suspect is described as 5'8" and 250 pounds, is balding and walks with a limp.

If anyone has any information, they are asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477). The public can also submit their tips at the Crime Stoppers website at WWW.NYPDCRIMESTOPPERS.COM or by texting their tips to 274637 (CRIMES) then entering TIP577.
