Sub-Zero Wind Chill Through Wednesday Morning

National Weather Service issues Special Weather Statement as coldest temperatures of the winter arrive.

The National Weather Service has issued a special weather statement for Forest Hills and New York City.

Temperatures and wind chill tonight could dip to dangerous levels, the coldest so far this winter.

Overnight temperatures will be between 13 and 20 degrees, with winds between 15 and 20 miles per hour.

Conditions are likely to combine to create wind chill factors as low as three degrees below zero for much of the night and into Wednesday morning.
