Police Say Forest Park Rape Suspect Could Be Linked to Other Incidents
At least five other incidents have occurred near park in past two years.
Police are linking a recent sexual assault in Forest Park to at five other incidents in the vicinity dating back several years.
The city and the NYPD are offering a $22,000 reward for information leading to an arrest in the Aug. 26 incident, during which a man tased a 69-year-old woman, pushed her to the ground and raped her.
But police said that the suspect may have also been responsible for a similar incident on March 29 when a 23-year-old woman was tased and assaulted.

And cops believe the man may have been involved with four other attacks dating back to March 2011. During one such incident, a 13-year-old girl was able to fight off her attacker.
The suspect has been described as a white male between the ages of 30 and 40 years. He was believed to be around five feet, nine inches with light brown hair, clean shaven and wearing a black T-shirt and black sweat pants.
