Police Seeking Two In Local Gas Station Hold-Up

Men stole cash, property from gas station employees in 112 Precinct.

Police in the 112 Precinct are asking for the public’s help in locating two men wanted in connection with two nearby robberies.

The first incident, which took place at the Mobil station at 96-27 Queens Blvd. in the 112 Precinct, occurred on Nov. 19 at 7:20 p.m.

 Two men, both of whom were armed with semi-automatic handguns entered the station and demanded money. They stole $1,000 from the register, as well as personal property from two store employees and a customer on the scene at the time.

The fled north on 63rd Road on foot, and no one was hurt during the incident.

Later that same night, the same two men entered a Gulf station on Hillside Avenue in the 107 Precinct.

One of the suspects brought a soda bottle to the counter and asked to buy cigarettes. When the store employee opened the register, the suspect drew his handgun and stole $1,500 from the register before fleeing the scene.

Both suspects can be seen in the video at right, taken from surveillance footage that was provided to the police.
