Police in Queens are asking for the public's assistance in locating a missing Queens resident.
51-year-old Derek Johnson was last seen at 9 a.m. on March 12 in the neighboring 107 Precinct, near 72nd Road in Kew Gardens Hills.
Johnson is described as 5'10" and 180 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.

He has the word "phat" tattooed on the left side of his neck.
He is in good physical but poor mental health.

If anyone has any information, they are asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477). The public can also submit their tips at the Crime stoppers website atWWW.NYPDCRIMESTOPPERS.COM or by texting their tips to 274637 (CRIMES) then entering TIP577.
