Police Seeking Missing Flushing Man

Abraham Strizhevsky is described as being in poor mental health.

Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a Flushing man who was last seen late Friday morning at his residence on Elder Avenue.

Abraham Strizhevsky, 89, stands 5-foot-6 and 190 pounds. He was last seen wearing black pants, a black sweater, glasses and carrying two canes. He is described as being in good physical, but poor mental condition.

Anyone with any information on Strizhevsky’s whereabouts is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS(8477). Residents can also submit tips by logging onto the Crime Stoppers website at www.nypdcrimestoppers.com or by texting tips to CRIMES (274637), then entering TIP577.
All callers will remain anonymous.
