On the Agenda: Tonight's Precinct Council Meeting

What's coming up tonight for the 112 Precinct?

Here’s what’s coming up at tonight’s 112 Precinct Community Council meeting, which will be led, as usual, by Precinct Council President Heidi Chain:

The council will discuss the upcoming graffiti paint-over, set for Oct. 22 at graffiti-prone areas throughout the precinct.

The group will also discuss the upcoming annual poster contest, designed for students in grades four through 12. Students will be asked to design an anti-drug or anti-drunk driving poster, with the winning entries to be displayed at the Council’s annual holiday party.

There will also be a presentation on domestic violence, and a question and answer session with Commanding Officer Christopher Tamola.

Precinct Council members can also sign up for November’s meeting on Nov. 16, which will be a trip to the newly-opened Sept. 11 Memorial at Ground Zero.
