Conn. police say man performed obscene acts in front of a webcam because he thought a 14-year-old girl was watching.

A Forest Hills man was arrested this week after allegedly committing sexual acts in front of a webcam, a performance he thought was for a 14-year-old girl. As it turns out, he was putting on an explicit show for Naugatuck Police Detective Ron Blanchard.

Moses Kahn, 59, of Dane Place, was charged with criminal attempt at impairing the morals of a child and criminal attempt at promoting a minor in an obscene performance.

Police said Kahn performed obscene acts in front of a web camera, thinking that a teenage girl was watching.
