Crook Hits Same Rego Park Bank Three Times

Valley National Bank struck by same thief three times this month.

Give the guy credit for consistency. 

Police in Queens are seeking a suspect wanted in connection with three robberies in Rego Park, all of which took place at the same bank.

The Valley National Bank branch on 63rd Drive was first struck on Oct. 1, when a man wearing dark glasses and a hooded sweatshirt entered and passed the teller a note demanding money. After receiving an unknown amount of cash, the suspect fled on foot.

The same man, police believe, entered the bank twice more, once on Oct. 12 and once on Oct. 22 and pulled the same routine.

The man is described as being in his mid-20's, between 5'3" and 5'7" and roughly 140 pounds.
