Nassau County Police have released a surveillance photo of a man they say attacked a massage therapist and sexually abused her before fleeing. Police are asking the public's help in identifying the man, whose image was captured at the Red Bell Spa in Hicksville on Newbridge Road. See our complete story here.
Suffolk County detectives are investigating a robbery at the M&T Bank in East Farmingdale Friday. A man entered the bank at 120 Broad Hollow Road at about 4 p.m., approached a teller and produced a note demanding cash. The teller complied and the robber fled with an undetermined amount of cash, police said.Police described the suspect as a heavy-set black male, 6 feet to 6 feet 4 inches tall. Anyone with information about this incident is asked to call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will remain confidential.

A Huntington woman pleaded guilty Friday to stealing money from her employer, a Locust Valley architecture firm. Lori Maceluch is scheduled to be sentenced on March 11. She pleaded guilty to one count of second-degree grand larceny and two counts of criminal possession of a forged instrument in the second degree.
