Cops Seeking Suspect in Subway Phone Theft

Man stole phone, then threatened victim with a gun.

Police in Queens are seeking a suspect wanted for stealing a woman's cell phone on a Queens E train.

The suspect allegedly grabbed the victim's phone in the Jamaica-Van Wyck subway station on Thursday, Sept. 20 at 12:20 p.m. The victim gave chase until the suspect wheeled around and threatened her with a firearm.

The suspect is described as a man in his 30's, 6'3", roughly 215 pounds with short black hair. He was wearing dark clothing at the time of the incident.
