The incident in question occurred in South Ozone Park on Dec. 3.  Livery cab driver Trevor Bell, who was reportedly working an extra shift to earn some money for the holidays picked up the suspect with his cab. The suspect then allegedly pulled a gun on Bell and demanded money, then shot him in the neck and back.
