Arrest Made in Forest Park Sexual Assault

Queens man arrested Tuesday after woman attacked last week with stun gun.

Police arrested Richard Kassebaum, 42, of Queens on Tuesday, in connection with a sexual assault incident that occurred last week in Forest Park.

During the assault, which happened Friday, the victim was attacked with a stun gun from behind while she was jogging alone in the park.

Kassebaum was charged with attempted predatory sexual assault, attempted rape and sex abuse.
