112th Precinct to Celebrate National Night Out on Crime on Aug. 6

Annual event at MacDonald Park will include food, games and crime prevention information.

The 112th Precinct will host its annual National Night Out on Crime on Aug. 6 at MacDonald Park.

The event is a coast-to-coast effort to support law enforcement and inform attendees about everything from crime prevention and domestic violence to self defense and anti-gang and drug initiatives.

National Night Out will run from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Festivities include free music and food, raffles and games for children.

If it rains on the day of the event, it will be moved to the Forest Hills Jewish Center, located at 106-06 Queens Blvd.
