I would like to apologize for inappropriate and over reactive behavior to a minor annoyance this past evening.
i reside presently where years ago it was a totally closed off and exclusive area. 
I apologize for attempting to turn back the clock. Time to straighten the 23 line going southbound through the Gardens.
