"Anthony Weiner should certainly run for mayor. Weiner was a rare and valuable commodity... Weiner had a profile in New York as a pragmatic centrist Democrat willing to break from the city's liberal orthodoxy. He railed against the rising cost of living for his financially squeezed constituents. We lack a Democrat who is focused on middle class issues."
