Community House to Offer Seven-Week Youth Summer Program

Program will run from July 1 through Aug. 16.

Forest Hills’ Community House will offer a summer program for local youths that begins in early July.

The Community House, located at 15 Borage Place, will kick off its seven-week program on July 1 and it will run through Aug. 16.

Daily hours for the program, which is overseen by counselors, are drop off at 8:30 a.m. and pickup at 4 p.m. Early drop off at 8 a.m. and extended care between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. are also available.

The Community House will offer one program for pre-K and kindergarteners.

A junior program for grades one through six will also be available. And there is a CIT program for children who have completed seventh or eighth grade.

Applications for the program are available at the Community House’s office or online at www.thecommunityhouse.net.
