I recommend! Munis Tashpulatov may seem a little shy in the beginning, but he definitely gets the job done. I contact Munis in one night, and the following day he was already showing me the apartment in the morning. Even though it was snowing, traffic was horrendous, he still kept his commitment of showing the apartment. He was polite and very helpful, answering all the questions my fiancée and I had for him. He also was patient enough to show us the apartment a few more times. We wanted other family members to see the place before we could decide, and he granted us the request. We were able to close the deal in less then 3 days. Once we submitted the application for the apartment everything was ready to be signed in one day time. He was kind, polite, patient and able to answer of our requests. But above all, we were able to close the deal and sign the lease very fast, guaranteeing the apartment would be ours. As I said before, I recommend.
