It was built in 1925 and is located in school district 28.

There is a finished basement, a fireplace, wood floors and an eat-in kitchen. There are three bedrooms and one full bathroom, along with a half bathroom.

There is a detached one-car garage, with a private driveway.

It's got a combination living room and dining room that I'm sure the right decorator could really do something with. Maybe mount the TV on the wall to save some room? I dunno, I'm spitballing. It's your house, go nuts.

75-52 Kessel St. Forest Hills

This four-bedroom Townhouse sold on Sept. 25 for $727,000. The home is spread over 1,488 square feet. The home has a formal dining room, a finished basement, an eat in kitchen and wood floors.

It's in school district 28 and has one full and one half bathroom.

There is wall to wall carpet covering those wood floors. I know carpeting isn't really what's in fashion anymore but I do like it if you've got kids running around, you know? Maybe not as easy to take care of but it makes it feel comfortable, I think. Again, spitballing.
