The famous Forest Hills "flower house," sold last month, according to Susanna Hof of Terrace Sotheby's realty.

The home sold on March 4 for $1.5 million, just shy of its asking price. It was on the market less than three months. 

For those curious about some of the details, the home, at 93 Puritan Ave. in Forest Hills Gardens, has had a "high-end restoration."

The home features four bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms, along with a refinished basement.

The basement includes a media room and a wet bar.

The home is zoned for P.S. 101 in Forest Hills Gardens, and the house is spread over more than 2,000 sq. ft.
