Mother's Day Brunch and Dinner Specials in Forest Hills

This Sunday is Mother’s Day, so the time to make reservations for brunch or dinner is right now. 

A number of Forest Hills eateries are offering special menus or prices for the holiday. Take a look at Patch’s list of several local restaurants offering Mother’s Day specials.

Danny Brown Wine Bar and Kitchen

This popular Forest Hills eatery will offer a prix-fixe brunch menu for Mother’s Day from noon to 3 p.m. that will include everything from smoked salmon to Crème Anglais French toast and Croque Monsieur. The restaurant’s standard dinner menu will be available from 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Reservations are required. For the full menu, visit Danny Brown’s website.  

Dee’s

This pizzeria will offer a three-course Mother’s Day prix-fixe that will include chicken parmesan, lasagna Bolognese, grilled salmon, pesto chicken, pizza and lobster ravioli. Exo Café

This Forest Hills café will serve Mother’s Day brunch from noon to 3 p.m. For $14.95, patrons will be able to choose specialty eggs, pancakes, Belgian waffles with fried chicken wings, salads and a variety of others items on the Exo’s regular brunch menu, which is available online. The meal will also include one drink.  

Austin’s Steak and Ale House

Located in nearby Kew Gardens, Austin’s will offer a Mother’s Day dinner menu at 4 p.m. that includes a variety of entrees, such as roasted leg of lamb and crabmeat crusted salmon.
