Participants in Dec. 8 event will be entered to win Super Bowl tickets.

The Queens Jewish Center will hold a blood drive this coming weekend during which attendees will be entered to win a pair of tickets to the Super Bowl.

The blood drive will take place from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the center, which is located at 66-05 108th St. in Forest Hills, on Dec. 8. It will be held in memory of Ludmila Herz, who was the mother of the center’s webmaster, Jonathan Herz.

All donors will be entered into a sweepstakes for a pair of tickets to Super Bowl XLVIII that are valued at $2,500.

Participants will also receive a red Super Community Blood Drive wristband.

To be eligible to donate, attendees must bring an ID with a signature or photo, eat well and drink non-caffeinated fluids prior to their visit, weigh at least 110 pounds and not have any new tattoos from the past 12 months.

Donors must also be between the ages of 16 and 75 years. Participants over 75 years must have a doctor’s note, while 16-year-olds must have parental permission.
