Forest Hills GoFundMe Campaign Raises Money for Cat

An online campaign dedicated to raising money for a pet cat who had an infection and, possibly, some liver damage that required hospitalization has raised $550.

Forest Hills' Debbi Kostner created a GoFundMe page titled Please Help Us Help Mindy. The total fundraising goal for the initiative is $1,200.

The page reads:

Please help us help Mindy. Mindy was rescued after giving birth to three beautiful babies, who are now 5 months old. 

She is a very sweet girl and was doing well, but stopped eating and is not her usual attention-seeking self. Her initial blood work to the vet showed an infection and possibly an issue with her liver. 

She was on antibiotics and fluid therapy but since there was no improvement, after several days she is now hospitalized for for further testing.
