72-34 Austin St., Forest Hills

This four-room condominium on Austin Street sold on Feb. 25 for $297,000. The condo features one bedroom and a full bathroom in 700 square feet of space. It also features a dishwasher and hardwood floors throughout.

In addition to the sale price the building has $394 in monthly common charges.
