Should 'Citizens United' Be Overturned? [Poll]

On Tuesday, Rory Lancman, a candidate for Congress, said he believed there should be a constitutional amendment to overturn the Supreme Court verdict in "Citizens United." 

The case, which lifted the limits on corporate campaign spending to political action committees, has been controversial since it was decided in 2009.

Lancman argued that unlimited corporate spending marginilizes the participation of the average citizen in our democracy.
