4.     Seniors looking to stay sharp should head over to the for their program, designed to help older residents with mental health.

5.     Teenagers looking for a health way to spend their time should take a look at the program. It's a great way to stay in shape — swimming is one of the only aerobic exercises that uses every muscle in the body.
