Forest Park Carousel to Celebrate Halloween

Take a spooky spin this weekend.

[Hey Patch Readers! Insert your own ridiculous Halloween-themed lede here.]

On Saturday, Oct. 27, NY Carousel will be celebrating their first year of operating the Forest Park Carousel with a party.

Despite being 100 years old, I'm pretty sure the carousel isn't haunted, so you're going to have to provide your own frights, but there will be a magic show and a costume contest!

The event will go from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, with cake and refreshments, buy-one-get-one-free rides on the carousel, two magic shows and a comstume contest.

The people over at NY Carousel seem pretty excited about it.

“I feel like not long ago we had to open with only two weeks to get ready. We are thrilled to that we got everything finished and it has been a great summer," said Ami Abramson.
