Gas prices have remained fairly steady over the last week, with none of the large increases the neighborhood had gotten accustomed to seeing over the first couple weeks of December.

For the cheapest price of regular-grade gasoline, residents should make their way to the  station on Metropolitan Avenue.

Regular-grade gasoline is $3.299 per gallon at the Sunoco, the lowest price available at readily-accessible gas stations.

Sunoco also has the lowest prices on plus-grade gasoline, coming in at $3.339 per gallon.

For premium gasoline, the best residents can do is head over to the Hess station at 104-09 Atlantic Ave. in Richmond Hill. Premium gas there is $3.499 per gallon.

For diesel, the lowest price in the area is at the same Hess station, also at $3.499.
