Gas prices in the area just keep creeping up, with the middle and high prices one week representing the lowest price the next. Things have gotten tough on commuters in New York City and across the country lately, and it doesn’t seem like there is any relief in sight.

If you’re looking for the lowest price on regular-grade gasoline, look no further than Steven Scott Sunoco, which has the cheapest in the area this week at $3.459 per gallon at last check.

For the cheapest price at the pump on mid-grade gasoline, the best place to have a look is the Mobil station located at 61-60 Woodhaven Blvd. in Rego Park. Mid-grade gasoline there is selling for $3.539 per gallon.

Elsewhere in town, the lowest price for a gallon of premium gasoline is at the full-service Getty Station on Yellowstone Boulevard, also in Rego Park. Premium gasoline there is $3.679 per gallon.

For diesel, the cheapest place to find a gallon is that the Mobil Station in Rego Park at 68-27 Woodhaven Blvd, near Middle Village.
